Delta Sigma Theta Warm Project
Delta Sigma Theta Alumnae Chapter sorority has blessed I Honor USA again 2/15/16. This years donation project theme was “Keep Our Soldiers Warm” and warm they will be when they get the assortment of gloves, hats, scarves, male and female socks and blankets and sleeping bag to protect our soldiers and homeless Vets from the cold weather. We thank God for donors who are emotionally, physically and financially engaged. Our troops and their leadership appreciate the kind and assortment of things we send. The terrain with all of the dust and sand wares out socks. One of the most requested items is socks because of the ware cause but the task they perform in the military. The homeless vets usually are walking miles during the day when the are not in the shelters at night they also need warm clean socks.
Nikki, thank you so much for your organization’s caring spirit. You and others enable us be successful supporting our military one soldier at a time. Our post of thanks is not only that but to let others know the value and honor we hold for those who put their lives on the line for us. Thank you for your support!
